An exceptionally concise description of the same would be something like this:
You start with a village (often called villa) of your own. In a world full of villas.
You build up the villa and also troops and weapons to defend it.

Then you attack and take over villas around you. You could join an exisiting ‘tribe’ – a collection of villa owners with a common goal. Or you could start a ‘tribe’ of your own and recruit other players.
And aim to rule the world – ultimately.

The players tire and quit.
The game never ends.

Everyone starts a Noob in TW. No one wants to stay a Noob.

You play to become a stronger, smarter player.
You play to be feared.
You play to command respect.

Noobness is not a virtue in the virtual world.
It’s pretty much the same in R.L. (Real Life – another term from this world)

Freshers in R.L. colleges will do anything to shed the tag of Noob and don one that commands greater respect.
There are infinite more such examples from R.L.

I find noobness charming.
There is a quality of naïveté to it.
A wide-eyed keeneness to learn.

Noobs look at life with child-like innocence.
Noobness is a precious quality.
Maybe that is why society quickly snatches it away.
Be it in R.L. or Virtual Life.

How long before I get ‘with’ it?
How long before I blog like a seasoned blogger?
How long before I eagerly drop the word Noob from my vocabulary?
